Grilled Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Half-Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat your grill on high heat
2. Combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, ensuring you coat everything as evenly as possible with all ingredients
3. Using aluminum foil, make a packet to seal all of the cauliflower in
4. Add the cauliflower to the foil and seal it shut the best you can
5. Place on the hot grill
6. Leave it to cook covered for about 20 minutes, you can open the foil and check and see if it is done to your liking
7. Once complete remove and serve
8. Enjoy
